Puerto Rico Hurricane

Relief Mission

Hurricane Maria was a category 5 hurricane and the 10th most intense Atlantic hurricane on record. It made landfall in Puerto Rico on September 20th, causing cataclysmic damage and a major humanitarian effort on the Island.

Alvin Soto, Gerald Marrero, Mario Soto, Jr. and I arrived on the island on October 31st and did what we could to ease the pain of as many as we were able.  We were assisted by Black Flag Search & Rescue members, Anthony Gazotti and Jano Stone as well Rafael Soto, affectionally referred to as "Obama", our ambassador and guide to the City of Quebradillas.

Our mission is complete but Puerto Rico still has a long way to go. The island will return to it's former glory and with the help of so many great people this is absolutely assured.
